Group Exercise Programs
YMCA Group Exercise Programs bring together health-seekers of all ages, backgrounds and skill levels in a fun, supportive environment where they move, groove and sweat their way toward better well-being.
Group exercise—including strength and conditioning, spin, yoga, tai chi classes and more—is one of many ways the Y supports members in achieving their health and wellness goals. Highly trained staff develop and lead the programs and often tailor them to the specific needs of their community.
Keep On Track Fitness Challenge
Looking for someone to hold you accountable through the holidays, then this might be perfect for you! Karrie is going to help guide you, give you some healthy habits, and more.
Organized by Karrie McAllister, CPT the Keep On Track Fitness Challenge will run from November 1st to January 1st.
- A group effort to keep each other accountable!
- A way to create healthy habits to use in the new year!
- An optional weight, body composition, and measurement taken in early November and early January!
- An optional orientation to the weight room and sample workouts!
- A calendar of fitness challenges each week!
- A weekly email or FB group communication with suggested snacks, mini workouts, and healthy recipes!
